The REAL hot 100

This is a great idea: sick of all those lists of the 'sexiest' women? Well, someone got really sick of it and has set up an alternative.
"The REAL hot 100 are young women who are smart, savvy, and actively trying to make the world a better place. They contradict the popular notion that sex appeal is all young women have to offer."
Unfortunately, it seems to be based in the US - but I'm sure they'll accept nominations for hott, young international women as well.
