Missouri rape victims billed for evidence kits?

Rape victims in Missouri, US, are routinely asked to pay for the rape kits used to collect evidence of the crime.

Apparently a bill is currently being put forward which should change the situation, according to blogger Kelly Sue over at Girl Farts (via Warren Ellis)
