Take action on the pay gap

by Jess McCabe // 8 October 2007, 16:53

We all know by now that the gender pay gap is alive and well. It seems like one of those problems it is hard to do anything about, but the Fawcett Society has put together some actions you can take, broken down into things that take two minutes, half an hour and one day.

At the very basic level, you can sign a petition calling on our Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, to do more to tackle the problem. At the other end of the scale, you can get involved in an event near you.

The Fawcett Society and Unison have declared 30 October Women's No Pay Day.
