Gross

A feature headlined "why companies need female managers" might, you imagine, presage an interesting dissection of the effects of discriminating against half the population on the workforce. But, no, the BBC instead treats us to an breathlessly uncritical profile of anti-feminist Helen Fisher and her views on hiring practices and endorsement of a long list of gender stereotypes. The worst thing is, it's not just a reputable news organisation that seems to swallow her line - she actually gives a presentation at the World Economic Forum in Davos, where a typically-male-dominated pack of world leaders gather to chat.

Kate Smurthwaite has already pilloried her so successfully, I will just direct you to her post.
