Reclaim The Night Manchester, Saturday 1st March

The first national Reclaim The Night March of 2008 is taking place in Manchester on Saturday March 1st. NUS Women’s campaign are working hard on this and it should be big, so don’t miss out (this means you too, Londoners!) There will be a women only march and a march for men and friends to support the fight against violence against women. Details below:

Women (including transwomen)
Congregate 6pm
Sackville Street, Manchester
Mixed rally 7.30pm,
Univeristy of Manchester Students’ Union (Sackville Street)

The march for men and friends starts in the same place.

Banner making all day, Univeristy of Manchester students’ union.

Coaches are being organised from various cities, I’ll let you know the details once they’re confirmed.

Assert your right to live without the fear or reality of abuse, rape and violence!
