Transcript of podcast available now

When we launched the podcast, one of the issues I didn't really consider was whether an audio-only podcast was accessible to all our readers. I know, that was dumb of me.
Of course, we want everyone to be able to enjoy the podcasts, so Lynne and Laura kindly volunteered to transcribe episode three.
You can now download a PDF of the podcast here. I'd love to be able to say that transcripts are available for the first two podcasts as well, but we're still working on that one. The transcript is 22 pages of solid text, just to give some perspective on the hard work that Lynne and Laura put into making this happen. We're working on getting those earlier podcasts transcribed as soon as we can, and will make sure the same happens for future episodes. I have to admit the text version may not be ready immediately after the episode 'airs', because of the time needed to produce both, but we'll try our best to get it done as quickly as possible.
