This is Playboy's latest wheeze.
Not only is this profoundly insulting to women and intrusive (note it's outside their store) but it also reduces men to the level of sniggering pre-pubescent's. Insulting all round....

typical and expected - scary thing is that most women will laugh and think it's a joke - just finished redaing 'the beauty myth' and left me wondering how much women need to discuss internalised oppression as a reason for why they support gags like this?

If you read the comments on Feministing, and actually follow the link, you'll see it's from 2006. Obviously it's still insulting as hell, but it's not their latest wheeze.

In some Asian countries, Japan in particular, for years they have had so-called "no pants" bars where the floors are mirror and the all-female staff don't wear knickers. That's probably where these morons got this idea.
