Madre one minute video challenge
By Jess McCabe | 28 October 2008, 15:09
Madre is a campaign group that focuses on “demanding rights, resources and results for women worldwide”.
While US election fevour continues unabated, Madre is gazing beyond election day to focus on what comes next. Whoever ends up in the White House, it is crucial to campaign from day one for them to keep human rights front and centre - so Madre is calling for people everywhere to record one minute videos addressing the future US president on this issue:
Submit your 1 minute video in answer to this question: how would YOU share the message that the new US administration must uphold human rights? Be creative! We want to hear your voice.
There’s also a video explaining more, which I’m posting here but just to warn you I’ve not actually been able to watch it myself as I’m at work:

Have your say
