Programme for Race, Privilege & Identity gathering in Bristol up now

by Jess McCabe // 3 April 2009, 12:09

The folks behind the Race, Privilege & Identity gathering in Bristol on 24-26 April have published the whole programme on their blog.

Sounds like there's some interesting workshops during the three-day event, including one on how to do an anti-racist space audit, a panel on how to make events more accessible to deaf and disabled people, a presentation from the Remembering Olive Collective, a workshop on the Bristol LGB Forum's research documenting the experiences of LGB people of BME heritage, a film about England's first public statue of a black woman and a workshop on "race and feminism: learning from history".
