LUZ is a "reproductive justice think tank" in Colorado, in the US, which organises itself on a shared leadership model. In these videos, they tell the story of how the group came together, why they've chosen to organise themselves in this way, and more... really worth a watch.

This is wicked. Very interesting organisational structure too, I'm sure there's a lot many organisations could learn from Luz's way of doing things! If we only all cooperated more and shared work and responsabilities with each other and respected what each person has to bring to the table, I think we'd be far more productive and fair. (I mean in human society in generally, not in feminism btw!)
