Once again this is a real community response to domestic abuse and sexual violence and the Spinnaker tower will be coloured purple, we will be marching through Gun Wharf and then onto the streets of Portsmouth. At the Guildhall, we are hoping for refreshments and then the candle light vigil. We anticipate that the evening will end approximately 9pm.For further information, contact tonia.earey[at]portsmouthcc.gov.uk.
