Highlights of the London Literature Festival

This festival is already in full-swing, so I apologise for any obvious omissions! But here are some highlights of the London Literature Festival taking place on the South Bank, particularly pertinent for London-based F-Word readers:
Friday 9 July:
A Woman's Eye on Brazil - part of the Brazilian literature focus of the festival, I'm not totally sold on lumping together three women writers in this way, but nonetheless Ana Maria Goncalves, Patricia Melo and Maria Valéria's insights on their novels and "Brazilian life from a woman's perspective" is no doubt one to catch!
Sunday 11 July:
Jackie Kay discusses her new, autobiographical book Read Dust Road.
Saturday 17 July:
Barbara Kingsolver discusses her latest novel, Orange-award-winner The Lacuna.
Sunday 18 July:
An adaptation of classic feminist short story The Yellow Wallpaper into a play.
Maggie Gee talks about "love, sex, loss, parental duty and death" (check out Bidisha's review of her memoir).
