Harriet Harman is automatically in the Shadow Cabinet as Deputy Party Leader.

Josie - Harriet Harman is deputy leader. She's already in the shadow cabinet without needing to run in the election.

Josie: As deputy leader of the party, Harriet Harman gets an automatic seat on the shadow cabinet.

There's some good people on that list, though I have my doubts as to whether many of them will get elected in the end.

D'oh! Thank you... all... feeling relieved and ignorant simultaneously!
