Laura is 23 years old and can generally be found in Leeds nursing her cake addiction, swigging gin and complaining about the patriarchal gender model while attempting to work towards an MA in Translation Studies. Prior to this, she co-founded and was an active member of Sheffield Fems.

Laura found feminism by typing it into her favourite internet search engine following an unexpected "click" moment while watching the film Sin City, and was directed to this very site. She decided to stay.
