PETA – People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals – is such an easy target that we tend to ignore it. But I do get their newsletters in my inbox, and occasionally make the mistake of opening one.

It is one of the finalists in PETA’s competition to design a blog advert. Shall we count the ways this is totally offensive? No, let’s soothe ourselves with this alternative:
My final word on this: don’t let PETA put you off vegetarianism or veganism.
