Last night me and occasional F-Word guest blogger Charlotte Cooper headed to the launch of the Boris Keep Your Promise campaign, to keep the pressure on London mayor Boris Johnson to fulfill his campaign pledge to boost funding for the only remaining Rape Crisis centre in the capital and fund three additional centres.

The head of Croydon’s Rape Crisis centre told the full story of how Boris came to make his promise in the first place, and Fawcett North London, which is behind the campaign, got everyone writing letters to Boris – by hand no less.
