‘Female arts collective’ launches; Fat Quarter goes from online to print

storminteacupflyer.gifSelf-professed women-friendly blog/magazine Fat Quarter is launching its first print issue this month with a party in Mile End, London, promising poetry, rock and roll, cupcakes and zines. And, on the same night, Storm in a Teacup will launch:

STORM IN A TEACUP is a London-based collective set up with the aim of promoting women in the arts.

Fed up with finding no platform for our amazingly talented female musician, writer, poet, artist and illustrator friends we decided to do something about it. The project has now escalated with a fanzine, club nights and record label all in the pipeline!
