Candle for Transgender Day of RemembranceVia Facebook, here are the details of this year’s London International Transgender Day of Remembrance service:

  • Date: Saturday, 20 November 2010
  • Time: 15:00 – 18:00
  • Location: Room LT1, the Cruciform Building, 5 University Street, London, WC1E 6JS [Streetmap]

Performers, musicians, artists, speakers and writers still needed to participate. If you would like to submit a reading, piece of artwork to be shown, read something of your own or someone else’s work, play some music or help with setting up on the day, please get in touch via: LondonTDOR-Art@yahoo.co.uk

Please arrive at 3pm. Refreshments will be served after the event with a chance to socialise. More details will be posted to this page in the coming few days. The venue is between Tottenham Court Road and Gower Street, close to Goodge Street, Warren Street, Euston and Euston Square, Russell Square and Great Portland Street stations. (Please be aware google maps shows up a different location)
