Reminder: GEO trans health survey closes on Sunday
Helen G // 15 July 2011
The Government Equalities Office (GEO) second e-bulletin (June/July 2011) is available for download from the Home Office website
It contains a brief overview of the results of the survey linked in the first bulletin; one of the most important – if unsurprising – findings is that health is a major priority for trans people. As a result, the GEO has put a second survey online at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PJ6WY7Q which focuses on health issues. The GEO hopes this will provide a better understanding of the subject, to help in considering what actions need to be taken.
The survey closes on Sunday 17 July 2011, so if you are trans and haven’t yet filled it out, this weekend would be a good time to do it.
